- Manage financial operations and direct corporate financial planning for the company.
- Develop and carry out a comprehensive multi-year financial plan in line with company growth objectives. Work with owners to implement high-level financial strategies.
- Complete contract review/negotiation.
- Drive financial aspects of company acquisitions.
- Lead high-level budgeting initiative to determine sales and gross margin across multiple companies.
- Design and manage bonus compensation plans to increase performance and oversee annual increase in employee compensation.
- Determine allocations for indirect costs (rent, management fees, personnel sharing, etc.)
- Review and manage contract compliance. Liaise with legal and insurance for screening and revision.
- 10+ years experience in financial leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- CPA required.
- Construction industry experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management software/ERP systems.
