Full Service RecruitingWe are currently seeking an individual to join our team. This is a self-motivated, fast pace and constant recruitment position. This position is fully in office with no chance for remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
- Sourcing applicants
- Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Maintains human resources records for employees.
- Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Electronic filling
- Offering up resolutions to issues as the arise or thinking ahead
HR Administrative Assistant Qualifications/Skills:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Word processing skills
- Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
- Presentation skills
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Organizational skills
- Selfmotivated
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School/Some college and/or work equivalent
- One year of recruiting
- One year of scheduling experience
- One year of HR experience
