    We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. As a Precision Craftsperson, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing processes, utilizing your expertise to bring designs to life with unmatched precision and skill. With your deep knowledge of CNC machinery and proven track record, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality custom components that drive innovation to new heights.

    Work Schedule: Friday-Sunday 6PM-6:30AM

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Load and unload parts weighing up to 40 pounds for machining.
    • Perform basic maintenance on equipment.
    • Interpret manufacturing prints accurately.
    • Demonstrate strong math skills and in-depth knowledge of geometric tolerance GD&T.
    • Inspect parts using various measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and more.
    • Set up and operate CNC machines, load programs, and adjust work/tool offsets accordingly.
    • Ensure accuracy by inspecting machined parts during 1st Part and in-process inspections.
    • Experience with CNC 3, 4, & 5 axis machining.
    • Work with tolerances of +/- .0002" and specialize in FAI / MBO.
    • Manage tool libraries and change fixtures as needed.
    • Troubleshoot CNC machines and determine appropriate solutions.
    • Handle setup and changeover processes with program proofing fundamentals.
    • Utilize Renishaw probing and logic programs.
    • Maintain an organized and clean work area following 5s practices.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education.
    • Mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Experience in setting up and operating 3, 4, & 5-axis CNC machines.
    • Proficient in using various metrology tools for measuring part dimensions.
