Processing of incoming invoices - verification, allocation and booking
Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of invoice and payment discrepancies
Consultation with departments and monitoring of internal ordering system
Preparation of VAT returns
Creation of master data for our (new) customers and their maintenance, including processing of contract terminations
Posting of outgoing invoices and incoming payments
Clarification of debtor accounts
Preparation of evaluations
Accounts receivable management and dunning
