Job description
Best Life Residential provides emotional, physical and behavioral support for disabled adults in their home setting, and we are looking for reliable, caring, attentive staff to support and engage with our wonderful individuals.
Best Life Residential is looking to hire a full-time 1st shift staff to support an Individual in his home on the east-side of Madison This individual requires full hands on personal cares and assistance with all cleaning/cooking within the home.
Job Overview:
Assist with individual's daily needs including, but not limited to:
- Following individual's care plan and documenting behaviors
- Providing direct personal cares such as feeding, bathing and giving medication
- Helping with walking, exercise and movement, sometimes with the use of equipment
- Providing a variety of activities at home and in the community to keep the individual engaged and active
- Light housekeeping
- Other activities based on individual's needs and abilities
Job Highlights:
- $18-$22 per hour
- Gas reimbursement provided for transporting the individual on community outings
- Full-Time 1st Shift (40 hours/week)
- No certification not required; full onthejob training provided
- All positions located in Madison, WI
