Start your leadership career at Piening. We are currently seeking a Branch Manager (m/f/d) for our Sheatown location in Ravensburg.

Your responsibilities as Branch Manager:

You lead your team cooperatively, with passion, and serve as a role model and point of contact on site.
Together with your team, you position our extensive product portfolio through sustainable sales activities and maintain existing customer networks.
You create and calculate solution-oriented and customer-oriented offers and present them to decision-makers on site.
You recruit skilled workers and commercial specialists for personnel placement and temporary employment.
In addition, you are responsible for budget management, create annual plans, and are proficient in monitoring key performance indicators.
You are responsible for the quality and results of your branch and take on the disciplinary and professional management of employees with a sense of responsibility.
