Brand Experience Manager


As a
Brand Experience Manager for Ezee Fiber, you will play a crucial role in representing our fiber internet services and building positive brand awareness within the community.

You will be responsible for promoting our brand, engaging with potential customers, and fostering a strong connection between the community and our internet services.

This role involves both, in-person and online activities to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

Responsibilities
Brand Representation

  • Serve as the face of Ezee Fiber in the community, embodying our values and promoting a positive brand image.
  • Attend local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to represent the company and engage with potential customers.
Product Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of our internet services and packages to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers.
Customer Engagement

  • Initiate and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers, answering inquiries and providing solutions to concerns.
  • Create engaging content on social media platforms to connect with the audience and generate interest in our internet services.
Promotional Activities

  • Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to drive brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Distribute promotional materials, samples, and branded merchandise to increase awareness and create a lasting impression.
Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Provide feedback on customer sentiments, market trends, and competitor activities to contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
Hunter Mentality

  • Ability to seek and identify the key stake holders such as the HOA presidents to be able to get permission and authorization in communities to setup marketing events.
  • Strong sense of interpersonal skills to foster, seek and develop client relationships.
  • Persistent mindset to pursue the right people to secure events partnership within a community.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships.
  • Knowledge of internet services and technology trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
