Dispensary Manager - Dover, United States - CT Delaware LLC

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for oversight of all of the company's medical cannabis operations at the Dover location.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Leading the team of clinical and nonclinical dispensary staff to ensure patients receive optimal care and service consistent with the company's mission and standards;
• Implementing and overseeing all company policies and procedures and employee guidelines;
• Managing inventory of medicinal products and accessories including through the proper utilization of "seedtosale" tracking system and enforcement of company antidiversion policies and procedures;
• Maintaining a clean and attractive dispensary space, including wellcurated and orderly product display cases;
• Leading by example to establish a supportive environment with a focus on integrity and compliance and to deliver an individualized, patientcentered experience to each person visiting dispensary;
• Train and supervise dispensary technicians and other staff to ensure consistent and current productknowledge, patient service and performance;
• Reporting and addressing issues and concerns to executive leadership consistent with company policies and procedures;
• Mastering working knowledge of Delaware medical marijuana regulations and ensuring dispensary compliance with applicable law;
• Ensuring proper screening, enrollment and affiliation of all patients and employees as necessary to comply with state regulations and company policies and procedures;
• Establishing and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with state regulators;
• Collaborate with other company dispensary managers and executive team to ensure consistent inventory and services across company dispensaries;
• Ensuring privacy and security of patient health and financial information consistent with company policies and procedures applicable law; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements

Preferred:
Prior experience in Medical, Reception, Customer Service, Counseling, Management, Retail, and/or Clerical environments.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite. POS System experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. Must possess excellent organizational, communication and personnel supervision.

Travel Required:
Limited and occasional travel to suppliers and other company dispensaries within Delaware as necessary to discharge duties

Physical Demands:
Ability to sit, bend, and stand as necessary. Lift up to 20lbs.


Location:

Between both dispensary sites in Dover and Georgetown


Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year


Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed
