Your responsibilities as the Director of the Youth Competence Center u25 include:

Leadership, organization, and conceptual development of the program, ensuring relevant professional standards and providing professional guidance to your team
Quality assurance of the pedagogical work of the employees
Close and constructive cooperation with clients, cooperation partners, and networking in the field of Bremen youth promotion/youth social work
Personnel and budget responsibility
Interface for external and internal communication
Cooperation with specialized agencies
