Responsibilities

  • Processing orders in the company's ERP system
  • Checking contracts for completeness
  • Communicating with customers and contractors
  • Preparing customs documents
  • Preparing shipments via courier service and tracking shipments
  • Obtaining missing documents from vehicle owners, insurance companies, and fleets
  • Working closely with the executive assistant on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training
  • Previous experience in a commercial role preferred
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Customeroriented with good communication skills
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
