Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:


  • Your focus will be on providing consistent communication to your internal customers (hiring managers) and external customers (applicants), as well as contributing on other initiatives including driving diversity, equity and inclusion talent acquisition and branding efforts.
  • High volume recruiting

What you will need to bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 3 years of talent acquisition experience desired
  • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, and client relationships
  • Experience using advanced sourcing techniques to include Boolean searches, applicant tracking systems searches, and conducting internal referral campaigns
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong understanding of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • High volume recruiting
experience working in a fast-paced environment
