Description

Associate Director of Admissions opportunity in the Office of Admissions at UW-Superior. Assists in admissions policy development and enhancing and implementing the campus-wide strategic marketing and recruitment plan. Directs application processing and supervises professional staff in support of achieving institutional, enrollment-related strategic goals.

Oversees undergraduate recruitment initiatives and recruitment operations related to application review, recruitment and outreach, as well as serve as a back-up for campus visit and event management.

Serves as the primary liaison for the admissions Customer Relationship Management, with the assistance of the Director of Admissions. This position will also be responsible for its own recruitment territory (recruitment travel will be minimal).
