- A physician with experience in adult mental health is preferred.
- Care for residents in up to ten (10) Nursing Homes and Assisting Living centers and in-home services
- Coverage in Rochester and nearby surrounding communities
- Regulatory visits every 30-60 days
- Acute Care visits, palliative consultations and follow-up programs
- Call 24/7 - Seven (7) day stretch - Monday evening to Monday morning
- Attend to admissions and home health services
- Epic EMR
