- Provides first level of support for IT Help Desk requests.
- Assist in the coordination to repair and support all hardware/software across all of Brinkley RV locations.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with impacted individuals on the issues reported in IT Help Desk Request.
- Engage with members of the IT team as well as other departments to ensure issue resolution and support.
- Participate in planning and execution of IT-supported rollouts and software, hardware upgrades, and other projects.
