Your role

  • Are you a strong analytical and inventive thinker? Do you enjoy developing pitch ideas for stakeholders, clients and investors?
  • We're looking for an investment banking analyst to:
  • develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options. and recommend strategies to meet client goals
- generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
- identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside colleagues and investors
- spot problems, generate options and recommend solutions (you're a contingency planner by nature)


Your team

  • You'll be working in Global Banking Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking Team in either San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
  • We provide clients with mergers & acquisitions (M&A)/advisory, capital raising and general financial advice through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Your expertise
- a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- prior experience in Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking, M&A execution or related fields
- strong interpersonal skill and ability to communicate effectively
- solid analytical and quantitative skills
- high attention to detail
- solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
- driven and creative with exemplary integrity
