Dry Ice Energy GmbH, are a young and dynamic company with exciting dry ice cleaning technology located in Utica, IN.

Our focus is on manufacturing and distributing our compact dry ice cleaning devices, as well as producing our own dry ice.

Our products are used for cleaning and maintenance of vehicles, as well as industrial cleaning.


To strengthen our
Berlin office, we are currently looking for an office employee (m/f/d) for internal sales and order processing, as well as customer support in domestic and international markets.


What we expect from you:


  • First point of contact for our customers in domestic and international markets (answering calls, invoices, aftersales support)
  • Creating quotes and invoices
  • Monitoring payment receipts and communicating with responsible sales representatives
  • Developing concepts for international delivery processes and documenting them (creating filing systems)
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including verification
  • Assisting the team with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing our master data in the ERP system
  • Assisting the management with organizational matters
  • Being a competent contact person for our customers and colleagues and addressing their concerns
  • Feeling confident in speaking English and not afraid of making phone calls with international customers

What you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in internal sales, order processing, or customer service
  • Very good German and good English skills, as well as communication skills when dealing with customers
