- Salary: Starting Base Salary up to $100K plus strong bonus
- Benefits: Insurance paid (Medical, Dental, Vision)
- Hours Expected: 50/55 hours a week
- Restaurant open 5 nights and one brunch shift CLOSED 2 days a week
- Seafood knowledgeable and passionate chef is a MUST.
- This is a hands-on position where you will be working closely with your cooks and sous chefs to ensure each plate leaves the kitchen perfectly.
- You will have the ability to be creative in a collaborative way with the Chef/Owner.
- Chef must understand the administrative and financial aspect of running a kitchen.
- Teacher/trainer attitude needed for development of kitchen staff.
