    Description

    Beautiful seafood focused restaurant on the west side looking for its next CDC. Serving quality, approachable seafood in a upscale atmosphere.

    Pay & Perks of Chef Position:

    • Salary: Starting Base Salary up to $100K plus strong bonus
    • Benefits: Insurance paid (Medical, Dental, Vision)
    • Hours Expected: 50/55 hours a week
    • Restaurant open 5 nights and one brunch shift CLOSED 2 days a week

    Job Description/Environment:

    • Seafood knowledgeable and passionate chef is a MUST.
    • This is a hands-on position where you will be working closely with your cooks and sous chefs to ensure each plate leaves the kitchen perfectly.
    • You will have the ability to be creative in a collaborative way with the Chef/Owner.
    • Chef must understand the administrative and financial aspect of running a kitchen.
    • Teacher/trainer attitude needed for development of kitchen staff.
    • Looking for an individual that has a strong work ethic and the want to progress in their career in both position and cooking talent.
