- Providing counter service to guests through taking verbal requests for food and accommodating the expediting of such requests. Including any special needs or requests through using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order; provide items to the guest at the counter or table in a timely manner.
- Have the ability to describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods. Accommodate guest orders Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of Stir and its adjacent areas. This include front of house, back of house and seating areas.
- Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Assist with daily inventory and ordering and stock food and beverage and paper supplies.
- A minimum 2 year of hospitality or related work experience is preferred.
- Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to make coffee and tea drinks at the guest requests and Four Seasons standards specifications. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is an unrivaled expression of luxury. The new 37-storey building will be situated at the convergence of business and leisure in Minneapolis, at the top of Nicollet Mall, the city's pedestrian thoroughfare. A few short blocks from the Mississippi River, the mixed-use complex will also serve as RBC Wealth Management's US headquarters. Key features will include Gavin Kaysen, local Celebrity Chef in partnership with Four Seasons, 19,400 sq. ft. of meeting space, downtown's only Luxury Spa and a 5000 sq. ft. Pool Deck.
