I started with strength training in 2021 and until I broke my ankle in August 2022, it was great. After that, I haven't been able to get back into it and the goal is to motivate myself again.
Regarding the ankle fracture, I haven't had any problems when I returned to training. I only notice the injury when I play paddle or wear heels for many days. In short, it doesn't affect my strength training.
