HOURS PER WEEK: 40


POSITION PURPOSE:

As a Social Services Coordinator in our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting families by providing forward
- and inward-facing services. This dynamic position involves coaching parents, implementing effective case management strategies, building strong relationships with partner organizations, and assisting our health team in navigating social service needs. You will contribute to developing a robust case management team and work towards creating a supportive infrastructure within the first 1-2 years, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in case management, coaching, and building effective relationships.
  • Ability to create forms and collateral.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse partner organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Crosscultural experience necessary.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in an environment requiring multitasking.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities in a selfdirected environment.
  • Provides evidence of spiritual maturity through integrity, humility, selfcontrol, an active prayer life, and dependence on the Lord.
  • Growing relationship with Christ and involvement in a local church.

MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Operates equipment necessary to perform a job.
  • Stands, walks, reaches above the shoulder, squats, bends, twists, kneels, and climbs throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and carry various items up to 20 lbs.
