OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:

Experienced in working within an upscale or fine dining restaurant for a minimum of 23 years in a similar role
Detail oriented, follows through and is able to multitask and prioritize needs while maintaining composure, focus and productivity
Warm, friendly and an excellent communicator
Able to work quickly and adapt on the go
Passionate about providing guests with highquality service
Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs

A TASTE OF THE ROLE:

Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the restaurant, upholding the restaurant's hospitality standards
Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times
Take food and beverage orders from guests
Make menu and drink recommendations to guests
Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
Complete opening side and closing side duties thoroughly and efficiently as assigned
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
Setup and reset tables according to the seating plan
