Self-Gen Loan Officers to our team.
Home Funding Corp is a Direct Lender that offers all loan products - CONV, FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse Mortgages, Non-QM, Manufactured Home Loans, and 2nd Mortgages.
We are currently focusing on business in OR, CA, AZ, WA, NV, NM, CO, TX, IL, LA, GA, PA, NJ and FL.

Responsibilities:
- Selfgenerate leads to originate Purchase and Refinance mortgage loans
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
- Determine all applicable ratios and metrics
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
- Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Develop referral networks, suggest loan products to accomplish quotas
- Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the loan process
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- Current NMLS State License
- 2+ years Mortgage Loan Origination experience
- Knowledge of CONV, FHA, VA, USDA loans
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

$100, $250,000.00 per year
