Description
Small manufacturer is looking for a full-time administrative assistant/customer service representative to join our team. Above average phone and computer skills are required, especially with Microsoft 365. Customer service duties will include answering phone inquiries and problem solving with customers. Administrative tasks will include entering and processing sales orders, preparing quotes, coordinating shipments of orders and invoicing.


Skills required include excellent phone etiquette, the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment on multiple tasks, problem solving, time management, professional written and oral communication, and the ability to retain new information for future use.

Previous administrative experience of 1-3 years and a mechanical or industrial background are preferred.

This position is full time with benefits including vacation, sick days, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance and 401K.
