    Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Materials Management Manager (Level K) to join the organization in Oklahoma City, OK on first shift.


    Position Responsibilities:
    Manages and integrates employees' activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.


    Basic Qualifications:
    Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data for a cross-functional teamExperience creatively solving problems and generating alternativesExperience leading, motivating and developing othersExperience managing supply chain and/or logistics and/or transportation logistics for a large company or as a third-party logistics managerBachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience
    Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience managing supply chain and/or logistics and/or transportation logistics for a large company or as a third-party logistics manager


    Relocation:

    Summary Pay Range:
