***As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining orders, agent, and account information into the company's database on a timely basis.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Compile agent and account information and establish entry priorities. Interact as needed with Customer Care Team members for clarification on orders prior to order entry.
  • Review and verify entered data for deficiencies or errors, correct errors and check all output for accuracy.
  • Assist with maintaining efficient operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Generate requested. reporting
  • Other related duties as requested by management

Requirements:


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1year related data entry experience strongly preferred
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills with 99% accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management with the ability to independently manage and prioritize workload
  • Must be highly detail, process, and qualityoriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to keep calm and perform in highpressure, teamoriented atmosphere
  • High level of integrity and discretion with an ability to responsibly handle sensitive information
