Solar Project Manager - Richmond, United States - Commonwealth Power

Description

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project
• Conduct postproject evaluations to identify areas for improvement

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the comercial solar construction industry
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with project coordination tools such as ProCore is a plus
