As a Behavior Technician, you will be trained and supported in the delivery of ABA Services, working 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders.

You will become skilled in this area, allowing for a true career path

Assist us in helping our clients learn to; communicate, play, make friends and resolve challenging behaviors._

DESCRIPTION:

This rewarding position works with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, through implementation of skill teaching, behavior management and data recording to help the children meet their best potential and quality of life.

ABC, Inc. is looking for flexible, enthusiastic, hard-working and dependable applicants to join our team.

No experience is required, we provide expert level training to all who join our team

Availability:
Must have Monday-Friday availability, open availability preferred

Job Type:
Part-time and Full-time

Hours: 8:00am-6:30pm, 4 hour shifts/8 hour shifts

We provide paid training and supervision to become a Registered Behavior Technician
Ongoing and frequent supervision by a Behavior Consultant and BCBAs
Opportunity for career advancement within the field of ABA with mentorship and support
Automatic enrollment into the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years or older
High School diploma/GED
California DOJ & FBI fingerprint and background clearance (We will arrange this for you)
TB clearance
Immunizations: COVID19 vaccine (or you may request an accommodation), MMR, Tdap/Dtap/DTP, Varicella(Chickenpox)
Social Security Card

Pay Range for the Position:
$ $24.00 per hour

The salary range is the range ABC, Inc., in good faith, believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

This range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

Even within the range, the actual compensation will vary depending on the above factors as well as market/business considerations.

No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable under the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans.

The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
