- B.S. degree in civil/environmental engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys collaborating with a team but can also work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Some industrial wastewater or stormwater design/engineering experience
- Prior consulting experience
- Working with a team of engineers on a variety of projects in the areas of environmental remediation and stormwater, groundwater, and wastewater treatment and design
- Assisting project managers with project scoping, managing subcontractors, and overseeing construction
- Conducting field investigations, assessments, some surveying, and drone operation
- Working with a collaborative team of engineers and scientists in an energized small-company, entrepreneurial environment
