Your Field of Activity * Planning and optimization of daily operational processes, from goods receipt to storage, processing and goods dispatch * Practical work in production * Personnel planning of the production operation with management responsibility for around 45 production employees through clear objectives and definition of their areas of responsibility, including daily working time control * Close cooperation with the sales department regarding product quality and customer needs * Ongoing quality control of raw materials, process flows and end products * Ensuring the functionality of all machines in cooperation with the building services department Your Profile * Completed training as a master butcher with a federal diploma HFP, business manager in the meat industry BP or further education as a meat technologist.
