    Accountabilities
    Grow awareness of BioLife and of plasma donation overall and create consumer advocacy, inspiring plasma donation evangelism
    Develop and execute comprehensive donor acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging a mix of traditional media, social media, and digital tactics to drive measurable results
    Drive plasma donation center performance through center segmentation, re-segmentation, and counter strike activities and strategies
    Explore and implement innovative marketing tactics to maximize donor acquisition and volume growth
    Lead the identification and prioritization of target donor segments, conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand donor behaviors, preferences, and trends, thereby informing strategic decision-making
    Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and ROI across various channels, utilizing data-driven insights and A/B testing methodologies to refine tactics, enhance targeting, and improve campaign effectiveness
    Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track progress towards acquisition goals, regularly communicating insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation
    Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance on campaign execution across various channels
    Collaborate cross-functionally with customer experience, customer service, operations, technology, and forecasting teams to ensure marketing efforts support business growth
    Manage key agency relationships and ensure efficiency and effectiveness across marketing spend

    Dimensions & Aspects
    Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional and digital media, social media, and out-of-home/experiential marketing
    Ensure that messaging, creative assets, and donor segmentation align with acquisition objectives and brand guidelines
    Conduct regular performance reviews of ongoing marketing campaigns across various channels to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
    Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster community engagement, respond to inquiries, and address customer feedback promptly, maintaining a positive brand image and driving brand advocacy
    Analyze website traffic and user behavior data using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to identify opportunities for optimization, such as improving site speed, enhancing user experience, or refining keyword targeting for SEO
    Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as advertising agencies or media vendors, to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials
    Lead brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings with the marketing team to generate new ideas, test hypotheses, and explore innovative approaches to donor acquisition
    Provide guidance and support to team members, offering feedback on their work, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge
    Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, campaign results, and actionable insights to senior management, demonstrating the impact of acquisition efforts on business objectives and informing strategic decision-making
    Continuously monitor and optimize advertising budgets and spending allocations across channels to maximize ROI, reallocating resources as needed based on performance data and shifting market dynamics

    Internal and External Contacts
    Job is accountable to BioLife Head of Marketing. Primary interaction will be with BioLife Marketing, Operations,

    functional heads, and other BioLife team members within headquarters and plasma centers.

    Education and Experience Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA may be preferred, particularly if it includes coursework or specialization in digital marketing, media management, or related disciplines
    Proven track record of at least 12-15 years in media, marketing strategy, or related roles
    Ideal candidate should possess a combination of hands-on experience, strategic vision, and deep expertise in media planning and execution, along with a solid educational foundation to support their leadership role in driving customer acquisition initiatives effectively
    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; hands-on experience with marketing attribution and channel performance analysis
    Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams on leading global brands
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and ability to translate consumer insights and data into actionable marketing strategies
    Strong business acumen and financial understanding to assess marketing ROI and optimize resource allocation
    Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    Proven ability to identify emerging trends and market and competitive opportunities, translating them into effective acquisition strategies
    Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation, exploring new marketing approaches, and capitalizing on market disruptions
    Expert in Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, PowerBI, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
