GENERAL ATTRIBUTES AND POSITION DESCRIPTION

Each Manager is a team member of a bigger organization with central support of a central office staff for HR and Accounting. In addition, we provide continuous training of the areas of expertise that a Junior Assistant Manager that may not be adequately proficient in and we believe that continuous education of systems, processes and technology is required for EVERY POSITION IN OUR COMPANY INCLUDING C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES.

We offer above market base salary, employee benefits (health, PTO, 401K) and a negotiated part of the profits based on
RESULTS.

We have room for expansion and we are open to other ideas for our other locations if interested in any of our other concepts.

Benefits:

Bonuses based on KPIs (Quarterly) and in addition 401K with up to 4% employer matching contribution (after one year).

50% Employer contribution for Medical insurance and other optional policies. Paid Time off.
