Corporate Mid-Level Associate Attorney (Los Angeles)
***Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, an Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join the Downtown Los Angeles office with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience to assist with our bustling M&A practice, which spans a wide variety of industries.
At Sheppard Mullin, we train our associates and help them grow as lawyers, and part of that training involves early and frequent work directly with clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.
Our energetic team of corporate attorneys work with clients ranging from private to public companies, startups and emerging businesses to international corporations, and they span a diverse range of industries including aerospace and defense, consumer products, electronics, entertainment, financial services, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail and technology.
This is a Partnership-track position and offers great growth opportunities.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.
- 46 years of experience at a top national law firm working on mergers and acquisitions
- Must be admitted to the California State Bar
- Strong academic background from a toptier law school
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills required
- The annual salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000._
