Overview:
Joe's Auto Parks is a privately-owned parking operations and management company featuring over 90 locations in downtown Los Angeles. In 2015 Joe's Auto Parks started expanding into additional markets in California including San Diego, Inglewood, and Pasadena. Joe's also operates a location in Orlando, Florida - with more national locations to follow.
We are looking for a supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts.
Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators.
You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In this role you will be involved in the metro's paid parking program.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Computer literacy.
- Experinence in Cashiering.
- Proactive organizational skills.
- Clean and safe background/driving record.
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fastpaced environment.
The Supervisor should be able to fill in for the other operational duties in the absence of staff when needed.
Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.*Hiring is contingent on passing Drug screening and background.

Responsibilities:
- Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving work hours.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels.
- Dispatching with our shuttle drivers.
- Greeting customers and informing them where to park.
- Assisting customers during the checkout process if help is needed.
- Be flexible for operation needs and schedule (evenings and weekends)
