Job Description

Your main tasks:

  • Attracting and inspiring new employees for our departments
  • Conducting telephone interviews and job interviews
  • Participation in personal and virtual job fairs
  • Contact person for our candidates in the selection process
  • Active management of the entire recruiting process between departments and candidates
Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training or professional experience in the security industry
  • First professional experience in recruiting is necessary
  • Regional willingness to travel for meetings, fairs and events
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Great interest in the security industry
