      • Opportunity for 4 ten-hour days
    • Retention Sign-on Bonus

    Job Summary and Deliverables

    The Therapist provides SUD assessments, care coordination, treatment planning, individual psychotherapy, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. The Therapist I collaborates with the treatment team and community partners to help clients step down from higher levels of care.

    Essential Functions

    • Creates individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives
    • Provides individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
    • Utilizes evidence-based interventions and tools to assist with treatment, i.e. drug testing, etc.
    • Provides targeted case management services as described by the Medicaid manual as necessary
    • Collaborates on client care priorities with Valley's multidisciplinary teams
    • Collaborates with community partners to meet client and programming objectives
    • Assists with program support needs as necessary
    • Completes documentation within required timeframes
    • Meets client care hour expectations

    Requirements:

    Required Qualifications

    Education

    • Master's degree - Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field

    Licenses/Certifications

    • ACMHC, AMFT, CSW, CSW-I, LMSW licensure in State of Utah
    • CMHC, LMFT, LCSW licensure in the State of Utah
    • Valley de-escalation certification (provided)
