- Complete adolescent clients' needs assessment upon admission.
- Work with adolescent clients' therapists to create treatment plans consistent with the Medicine Wheel model of wellness.
- Work with Clinical Director(s) in planning ongoing adolescent program development.
- Conduct skill building and psychoeducational groups.
- Make frequent and regular contact with adolescent clients, their caregivers, medical providers, referral sources and other entities related to client's treatment.
- Create and maintain community (including tribe) contacts to promote the program and increase program visibility.
- Other Warrior Rising case management and outpatient program tasks as assigned, including filling in as needed for sick/absent program staff.
- Familiarity with the science and practice of Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).
- Strong ability to build connections, rapport with clients and co-workers; dedication to working as a team.
- Native American background and/or cultural familiarity, and a willingness to learn and use traditional Native healing practices as part of the client's overall treatment plan.
- Strong personal boundary skills, both as a model for clients and to maintain personal self-care.
- Bachelor's degree in mental health field required.
- CPSS or equivalent training/education/experience required.
- Minimum of two (2) years working with SUD populations required.

Job DescriptionNAT-SU Healthcare is looking for a Full-Time Youth Services Specialist. The Youth Services Specialist at NAT-SU Healthcare's Warrior Rising Outpatient services is primarily responsible for planning and carrying out adolescent non-clinical programming. The focus of this job will expand from planning, recruiting, and creating community contacts; to executing program design, facilitating wraparound services and supervision of volunteers; to coordination of youth program alumni services. The Youth Services Specialist reports to the Outpatient Clinical Director.

Work Hours:
The Youth Case Manger is a full-time, hourly position with a standard M-F 9am-5pm schedule, with occasional weekend and on-call work. Alternative schedules may be negotiated with the supervisor.
Hourly Rate: $30.00-$35.00/per hour DOE
