Hello,I am one of the neighbors in a small community of 8 properties in San Clemente, CA. Until now, the neighbors have taken turns being the president and administrator each year. However, many of them are getting older and I believe it would be much cleaner and clearer to have a professional administrator to handle the collection and payment of fees, as well as the management of maintenance and potential renovations or assessments.
More than half of the neighbors want to continue doing it themselves, but I would like to present several quotes to show the benefits of hiring an administrator. Could you please advise me and provide various options?
