Are you a chocolate lover? We are looking for you

Representing the world leader in chocolate processing technology for artisanal production, SELMI Group from Italy, we are seeking a Service Coordinator for our operations in Germany and Austria.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling repair and maintenance orders and coordinating their processing
  • Coordinating internal and external service technicians (scheduling, order processing, invoicing)
  • Coordinating pick-ups and deliveries
  • Sales and procurement of spare parts
  • Managing product data in the inventory system and updating technical documents
  • Calculating repair orders
  • Communicating with customers in person and over the phone regarding service orders
  • Coordinating with suppliers and their technical departments
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong knowledge gained through a relevant commercial education and work experience in the technical field is advantageous
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Structured work approach, self-initiative, and responsibility
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good English skills (fluent)
  • Technical affinity
