Centralized Scheduler

Position Description:

We are looking for a Centralized Scheduler to join our Team


The daily responsibilities of the Centralized Scheduler will include gathering new patient information and scheduling new patient appointments for all Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center Outpatient offices.

The Centralized Scheduler will also perform the following duties:


  • Answer multiline telephone
  • Schedule appointments
  • Typing
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Skills, Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The successful applicant must possess excellent communications skills and have at least one-year experience working in an office setting. Must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances.

This is a full-time position with medical, dental and vision benefits, as well as, paid vacation and paid holidays.
