    Hiring Organization: Rose International

    Position: Business Systems Analyst

    Location: Louisville, KY, USA

    Work Model: Hybrid

    Employment Type: Temporary

    Duration: 3 months

    Rate: $40.00 per hour

    Must Have Skills/Attributes: Agile, Business Analysis, Methodology, Microsoft

    Job Description

    Mandatory Skills:


    • Experienced in requirement analysis


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office


    • Skilled in facilitating meetings, problem-solving, and presentation


    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred


    • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall methodologies preferred


    • Familiarity with Airline business rules preferred

    This role links technology to business needs, analyzing the impact of new solutions and industry changes. The Business Systems Analyst ensures positive outcomes, documents requirements, and validates products. Join us to drive business success and deliver value to customers and teams.

    Responsibilities:


    • Work independently on complex projects


    • Coordinate between Business Development, Development, and Quality Assurance teams


    • Engage with carrier partners and certification teams


    • Identify solutions and develop business requirements
