Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans in line with company objectives, targeting new clients and identifying suitable customer segments.
- Establish comprehensive customer profiles and maintain sales records.
- Regularly follow up with clients, collect feedback and complaints, and coordinate solutions with relevant departments to enhance service quality.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to uphold the company's image and foster long-term cooperation.
- Stay abreast of market trends, monitor price fluctuations across various routes, and provide timely market insights.
- Identify potential needs of both new and existing clients.
- Collect market information and analyze competitors within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the recycling industry with familiarity in client management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a good network in the industry.
- Ability to analyze market trends and possess excellent customer service skills.
Salary:
$64, $77,000.00 per year
