A large homcare is seeking an HHA instructor to lead a training program.

The Training Program Instructor is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees, ensuring that they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

This position requires expertise in instructional design, effective communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities for HHA instructor:

HHA instructor will assume responsibility for the comprehensive coordination and upkeep of the curriculum within the entrylevel home health aide/personal care aide DOH training program.
2. Execute both short and longterm goals as outlined in the strategic planning initiatives of the Company, with a specific focus on the training program.
3. Contribute to the formulation and refinement of the training program policies within the Company, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
5. Monitor and evaluate compliance matters related to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, surveys, and company policies.
6. HHA instructor will oversee ongoing compliance with the Department of Health Standards, ensuring adherence to established benchmarks.
7. Cultivate and sustain positive internal and external relationships, representing the Company in interactions with other community service programs and agencies.
8. Serve as an educational consultant for personnel involved in home health care services, offering expertise and guidance as needed.

HHA instructor must be RN licensed in the state of NY

Pay:
From $105,000.00 per hour
