Join our team at SVG Versicherungsvermittlung und Service Südwest GmbH in Frankfurt and Koblenz starting March 1st, 2023


Responsibilities:

• Support the field staff in creating quotes
• Assist with scheduling and preparing appointments
• Collaborate on finding solutions for complex business partners
• Provide expert crosssector telephone consultations for existing and new clients
• Manage business processes
• Serve as the first point of contact for telephone inquiries from existing and new clients
• Act as a liaison between different departments

Profile / Requirements:

• Completed training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d), insurance specialist (m/f/d), or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, either in the office or in the field, in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of automotive insurance
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor and the ability to work well in a team
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to continue learning and developing
