As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and assisting them with any questions about our products.


Your responsibilities will include:

handling written support requests from our existing customers, documenting all conversation results in our ticketing system Zendesk, collecting feedback and passing it on to the appropriate stakeholders, acquiring product knowledge about our XING solutions, and taking on exciting tasks in our dynamic work environment.


What you bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferred, but not required)
  • High level of initiative, technical understanding, and strong communication skills
  • Serviceoriented mindset, solutionoriented approach, and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
