- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Perform nutrition assessments for all assigned patients following policies and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to treatment planning and case conceptualization with the multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver group nutrition education sessions as required.
- Provide active meal coaching and support to patients and their support systems, participating in Therapeutic Supported Meals/Snacks as needed.
- Create nutrition-focused transition and aftercare plans for patients, coordinating care with internal and external dietitians.
- Collaborate with the Nutrition and Culinary Manager and the nutrition team for clinical coverage.
- Must hold a Registered Dietitian credential.
- Current licensure in the state of employment (Georgia).
- Minimum one year of clinical experience.

Position Overview
As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing optimized nutrition therapy to a caseload of clients. Your duties will include conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring medical conditions, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans. You will offer direct support and nutritional education to patients and their families.
Schedule
On-call shifts and holiday coverage as assigned.
