To strengthen our team at the Stuttgart I branch, we are looking for a full-time Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on Accounts Receivable Management starting at the earliest possible date.


Your responsibilities:

  • Creation of weekly dunning runs via SAP
  • Contact with debtors/externally involved contact persons and close coordination with Accounts Receivable Management, project and department managers
  • Clarification and processing of complaints
  • General administrative office tasks

What we expect from you:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of legal principles in sales tax law, insolvency law and dunning procedures
  • Committed, stress-resistant work style and team spirit
  • Organizational skills and assertiveness
  • Polite and friendly manners
