    Job Summary/Basic Function
  • The Project Coordinator for Campus Life will support project work in new student programs, student activities, residence life & housing. They should create and facilitate distinctive conditions and programs throughout the campus that intentionally foster learning, promote inclusion and selfgovernance, and seek engagement from its members. The Project Coordinator is a member of the Campus Life team and reports to the Associate Director of Campus Life for Orientation and Campus Activities.

Essential Functions:

  • Plans and Implements the Emerging Leaders Retreat and other leadership programming, as directed.
  • Coordinates new student orientation planning and implementation in January. Assist with planning for Orientation in August which includes Explore More Programs/Pre-Orientation Programs.
  • Support Welcome Week programming occurring in the first two weeks of the semester. Plan for Welcome Week.
  • Coordinate class programming for all classes. Work with class leaders for each year to create developmental and social opportunities for students within their cohort.
  • Provide oversight for Campus Life's social media presence, including but not limited to, Instagram and Facebook.
  • This is a liveon position that provides support as needed to, campus activities, orientation and residence life & housing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
Less than 12 months experence
A valid Driver's Licence is required.

Employees (operators) must have been in possession of a valid operator's license for not less than three (3) years and the license must have been in good standing without interruption during that time period.
