We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our leadership team as the

HR Business Partner .

This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and CFO in various strategic functions, with a focus on human resources, talent acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
and implement human resource strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
talent acquisition, employee development, and retention initiatives. Focusing on management and engineering roles.
with department heads to create and maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement.
as a key liaison between the CEO & CFO and various internal and external stakeholders.
reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
and coordinate special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring successful implementation.
project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve desired outcomes.
effective communication channels within the organization.
with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on key initiatives.
confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications:
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
SPHR/PHR certification is highly preferred.
5-7 years' experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of two years' experience at the HR Manager level.
legal compliance with all HR reporting requirements.
experience in strategic human resources management.
leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
project management and organizational abilities.
in a manufacturing environment desirable.
communication and interpersonal skills.
mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
