- B.S./MS degree in molecular biology or related field with 0-3 years of industry experience.
- Hands on experience with molecular biology techniques, for example electrophoresis, enzymatic reactions, in vitro transcription, nucleic acid purifications
- Experienced in mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays and Florescence/Luminescence-based readouts is preferred
- Experience in developing, validating, optimization and deploying Cell and Molecular Biology based methods is highly desired.

As a Scientific Technician, your responsibilities:
Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and motivated individual who will work on-site within the BPD (biopharmaceutical product development)-Molecular Science team at Waltham, MA location.
The ideal candidate will work closely with molecular biologists, RNA biologists, process engineers and chemists to support the development of self-amplifying mRNA (sa-mRNA) platform technology and process.
