Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing, reviewing, and preparing work and purchase order forms for approval
  • Close collaboration with technicians and suppliers to resolve issues
  • Monitoring deliveries and acceptance of services
  • Monitoring work processes, data entry, and retrieval through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Control of spare parts inventory, including physical movements and barcoding
  • Research and evaluation of goods and services that meet predefined requirements
  • Management of necessary contract, expense, and safety-related tasks
  • Training and instruction of new maintenance personnel at the headquarters and in the region, if
